From start to finish, Richard's passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients was evident, each dish was thoughtfully crafted using produce picked that very morning from his organic farm.
The result was a truly outstanding dining experience. Every course was beautifully presented, bursting with flavor and of the highest quality. Richard worked seamlessly in the open-plan kitchen allowing guests to enjoy their evening undisturbed. His assistant, Meabh, provided impeccable, warm and attentive service.
